What does this mean for me?
If you added Chicago to your season package, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment.* If you have questions, please contact us at 801-355-5502 or email Utah.Service@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. Refunds will be automatically processed within 30 days.
*Your refund will be inclusive of any per ticket or per order service, handling and/or processing charges paid on additional subscription tickets. Your refund should post to your account within 30 business days. Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through Broadway at the Eccles. Broadway at the Eccles is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.
