Disney's Frozen - New Dates

In response to the ongoing Covid-19 health concerns, Salt Lake County Mayor Jennifer Wilson initially ordered the closure of Arts & Culture venues for events and performances through May 15, then extended the closures through June 30, 2020. As a result the planned engagement of Disney's FROZEN from April 15 - May 3, 2020 was postponed.

But, good news! Disney's FROZEN has been rescheduled at the Eccles Theater for October 28 - November 14, 2021.

If you have tickets for Thursday, April 16 at 2pm or Wednesday, April 22 at 7:30pm, we will need you to contact us by phone at 801-355-5502, Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm, to exchange into another performance as there is no matching date to seat you in.

For all other dates, PLEASE HOLD ONTO YOUR TICKETS as they will be honored for the new performance dates as shown below:

If you are unable to attend the engagement, you have the option to request a credit** to your Broadway Account or a refund***. Deadline for requesting and receiving credits or refunds is Friday, June 12, 2020. **The deadline to request a Credit is Friday, June 12, 2020. Credit will be issued to your account. Credit value will be inclusive of the face value of your tickets and any per ticket or per order service, handling and/or processing charges paid on subscription additional, or group sales tickets. Credit is not redeemable for cash, unless you paid in cash, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) towards the purchase of tickets for Broadway at the Eccles performances at the Eccles Theater (including season subscriptions, additional subscription tickets, eCLUB tickets, group sales tickets, seat upgrades and exchanges). Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Credit is non-transferrable and can only be used for orders associated with your account. To obtain the balance of your Credit, please call 801-355-5502. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. Credit expires 5 years from the date of issuance. Once you have indicated your preference for a Credit instead of a refund or exchange into another performance, and the Credit is applied to your account, a refund is deemed to have been paid to and received by you. Credits are only available for tickets purchased directly through Broadway-at-the Eccles. Broadway-at-the Eccles is not responsible for the ticketing practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.

***The deadline to request a refund is Friday, June 12, 2020. If you elect to receive a refund, our team will refund the face value of your tickets to your original method of payment.
