Upgrades, Exchanges and Swapping

UPGRADES

Requests to change/upgrade your seating location(s) will only be accepted after the renewal deadline.

You will be notified via email when you can submit your request.

EXCHANGES

Season ticket holders are able to exchange their tickets for another performance of the same show. Exchanges should be done at least 24 hours prior to your original performance and by Friday for the weekend performances. Tickets cannot be exchanged on past shows. When exchanging into a higher-priced performance or seating location, the difference must be paid at the time of the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and may be restricted by the show. 


SWAP A SHOW

Once per season, you may swap tickets from one show to a different show in the same season. When swapping into a higher-priced performance or seating location, the difference must be paid at the time of the swap. Swaps are subject to availability and may be restricted by the show.
