Renewals for the 2017-2018 Broadway at the Eccles season will begin Monday, March 13th at 9:00am online, in person, by fax or by mail. Renewals by phone will begin March 15th.

Automatic Renewal

For patrons who opted to automatically renew their 2017-18 season tickets, please verify the charges on your statement to ensure you have been renewed. Those who have been successfully renewed will be able to purchase tickets to the 5 +Add-On shows starting March 13th at 9:00am.

If you would like to make changes to your account or request an upgrade, those can be submitted at the start of the renewal period, Monday, March 13th at 9:00AM.

The enrollment period of Automatic Renewal for the 2017-18 season has closed. If you would like to enroll for the 2018-19 season, you may do so when you renew your 2017-18 season ticket package.

Exchanges

Season ticket holders are able to exchange their tickets for another performance of the same show. Exchanges should be done at least 24 hours prior to your original performance and by Friday for the weekend performances. Tickets cannot be exchanged on past shows. When exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location, the difference must be paid at the time of the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and may be restricted by show.

Swapping Shows

Once per season, you may swap tickets from one show to a different show in the same season. When swapping into a higher priced performance or seating location, the difference must be paid at the time of the swap. Swaps are subject to availability and may be restricted by show.

Changing or Upgrading Your Seat Location

Requests for upgrades or changes to your seating location or performance date may be made at the start of the renewal period, which begins Monday, March 13th. All changes to season seats are based on availability and are managed on a first come first serve basis and implemented after the renewal deadline. Requests must be made via mail, email, fax or in person.

Splitting Seats Into Different Accounts*

If you currently share an account with other patrons and would like to split seats into different accounts, it must be done before payment. Please submit the following information for the new account at the time of renewal, starting March 13th: name, address, phone number, email address, exact seat location(s) you’re splitting, and payment.
